loyalty email marketing feature- does not work
Does anyone use the Lightspeed's loyalty email marketing feature? When I send out an email it always cuts off halfway through, so my customers only receive half the content. This happens even when I use the pre-made drafts that Lightspeed provides.
Lightspeed support doesn't seem to be able to help, and they don't seem to think it's an issue that I am paying for a feature that I am not able to use.
Any experience/advice on this?
