Confirmed Status for Purchase Orders

Please add a check box or another status that can be updated once the Purchase Order has been confirmed from the supplier. Currently once the email has been sent there is no way of tracking if the supplier has received. Too many emails go to junk folder and are missed. This way it can categorized that it is received.

Even a status update for when the item is in shipping would be helpful so that you can track the PO's through their status.

    This seems like a really minor lift to get this significant improvement in the PO process - a couple of suggestions:

    1) If you use "Send Email", the status should go to "Ordered (System Email Sent)". I understand some orders will be sent offline, so there's still a field needed just for "Ordered", but the system should track if it was sent within a system feature.

    2) There should be another status of "Ordered - Confirmed by Supplier", ideally with a data field somewhere to capture the confirmation number/supplier order number.
