Scanning In Purchase Orders and Transfers

We scan in transfers and POs wirelessly at times and even when we don't we would like to have it so LightSpeed make a "tone". that indicates it registered, that it didn't register, that it wasn't on the order, etc.

Understanding scanners could also do this? Maybe? Anyone dealing with this issue?
