Sharing Tags and/or Custom Fields between Retail and eCom
It is unfathomable that these aren't shared between the systems. How can anyone maintain a single inventory dataset between two commercial points of sale without being able to communicate information between the two?
Got a 'special' item that needs attention on the web? Too bad.
Want to tag an item specific to another? Tough luck.
Need to notify a user with information pertaining to an inventory item? Nope.
Need to let your online users know about pre-ordering without having to manage a negative inventory? Forget it.
The only thing we're going to give you is the ability to add up to 10 suggested items as an up-sell to your inventory. Great! smh.
This is beyond frustrating.
