How to pass the timestamp parameter to get work order API in lightspeed retail?
The Retail API docs are located here --> https://retail-support.lightspeedhq.com/hc/en-us/articles/229129268-Understanding-the-API. And query parameters are included in there I believe.
Here is a query parameter example where I am looking for records with a timeStamp between 2019-11-04 and 2019-11-06. Based on the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (i.e. -5:00). Hope this helps!
Thanks for help us but
I try this parameter "timeStamp=><,2019-11-04T00:00:01-5:00,2019-11-06T23:59:59-5:00"
but error is found 400 bad request
"httpMessage": "Bad Request",
"message": "findAllByFieldMatch got search for \"timeStamp=><,2019-11-04T00\". Did you mean: timeStamp?",
You didn't include the double quotes around that query parameter in the URL, right? If so you need to leave those out.
Can you give me how to pass the timestamp parameter to the URL?
Sure, here is an example where I am pulling all workorders with a timeIn within a specific date/time range. The timeStamp syntax is identical in terms of the formatting of the date, time, etc. Make sure you are issuing the API request as a GET, with proper credentials, and are properly formatting your query parameter and you should be fine.
You appear to have single quotes around the load_relations parameter. Take those and the trailing comma out and it should work. Like this.
