Symbol Barcode Scanner and iPad
We are having a really hard time liking our Symbol barcode scanner when used with an iPad. It constantly disconnects and when we are trying to scan an item for a sale, it can take up to 45 seconds to wake up and reconnect before we can start the transaction. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a workaround? Lightspeed support tells me this is the best option for a scanner it use with an iPad.
