Connecting Printers to Online Ordering

Hi all,


Just signed up to Lightspeed, we have connected all the printers to correct categories, and these print tickets without a problem. However when we use Online Ordering and place orders, we only get a confirmation email but no tickets printing at the various stations .


How does one connect the printers onto the online ordering page?
