Case sensitive search bar

Our search bar is case sensitive, any way to turn this off?

For example: "Mother's Day" will pull different results than "mother's day"

I ran a test and both searches yielded the same results:

Mother's Day:

https://store.gusandruby.com/search/Mother%27s%2BDay/

mother's day:

https://store.gusandruby.com/search/mother%27s%2Bday/

Can you provide me with more details about this?
