Transfer Report and Serial Numbers in Lightspeed Retail - Cloud version
This is regarding one of the client's requirement after migrating to cloud.
Serial Numbers are a keystone regarding their whole sales, inventory, purchase order process, and since a serial number of a device is the main differentiation tool, it should be non-recurring.
In the cloud-based version of light speed, serial numbers don’t appear on Transfer reports from location to location as the Onsite version and it is an inconvenience to their inventory process, here is an example of an Onsite transfer report and as you can see in the report, the serial number of the device is available on the report (lightspeed onsite).
We are looking for similar report in lightspeed cloud for retail.
