Lightspeed Retail - Cloud version : Prompt serial numbers to input in POs

We have a client who migrated Lightspeed retail from onsite to cloud. They are facing an issue in Serial numbers which aren’t prompted to input when going through a purchase order, and the number of serial numbers prompted should be equal to the number of the devices in the purchase order. It was working in onsite; but not available in cloud version.

    Serial numbers are treated like a notation against the product or customer more than a part of the product.

    You can add serials to items with zero stock. Its a very poor design.

    Agreed - this is one area they should focus on ASAP.
