Lightspeed Retail - Cloud Version: Serial nos. aren’t prompted to input when returning an invoice

Serial numbers aren’t also prompted to be input when returning an invoice with a device that has a serial number which is essential to our accounting and sales process, serials should be fetched from sold serial numbers history and/or inventory .

This was working in onsite version; but it is not happening in cloud.
