Work Order #

Is there a way to adjust/ set the Work order #? I started my 1st work order on lightspeed and it comes up as work order #1. however, in my current system, I'm in the 1000s already. Any way to adjust this number?

    Hey @Cher ,

    Currently, there is no way to change the work order number. You could potentially use another field to keep track of the identifiers, however!

    Being able to set a starting point for document numbers would have be smart, especially with the amount of users who have moved from Onsite or any other POS to Retail. Our SROs/workorders were approaching 5000, and now we're back to the double digits. Same goes for POs.
