inventory merger, importing and reports

We have imported inventory from an old system in to light speed but the numbers are all over the place so pretty much starting new. Now that we have everything accounted for we need to run a report that allows us to determine what we need to restock. We are all new to the light speed environment so what would be the easiest way to pull that information so we can get product on the shelves?

    Hey @Aries J Galindo

    If you have set Reorder Points, and Desired Inventory Levels on your items, you would be able to run the Reorder Report in the Reports. A good way to check this would be to go to Inventory > Quick Edit Items and switch the drop downs to show that information. If you do not have anything there, it is recommended to take some of your top sellers and enter them there. This is something that can gradually improved over time if you do not want to it all at once.

    If you do not have these set up. You can still go to Inventory > Item search and run a search for your full inventory. If you click on the QTY column, you can sort it from smallest to largest and see the items with the least inventory at the top.

    Either of this options would help address what your needs are and get them into an order. If you need any further assistance, i'd recommend speaking with support, as they would be able to shed more light on the topic.
