Unable to connect to api (all of the sudden)

Our chain of restaurants have an application connecting to the lightspeed API. Worked like a charm, untill last tuesday. Somehow it does not connect to the server anymore. We have not changed anything in our environment or application.

To obtain the token we use a POST to http://euc2.posios.com/PosServer/rest/token. The request returnes an error 400, Invalid.

What could be the problem?
