Products ordered in box quantity for eCom?
We think we may have found an issue with eCom taking data from retail.
Here is the scenario:
Product A is ordered by Case (6 pieces) and is sold individually.
Let's presume we have only 1 box of six available. Retail will show 0 individual and the 1 case which when someone purchase a single of Product A it will automatically open the case. However, since only the single item is in eCom, when there are 0 single units available, eCOM will show Out of Stock, even though we have a case that has not been opened. Is there a way to fix this?
