There are problems within LS Retail related to Vendor ID and costs, archived items. are there fixes?

  1. Recently, when adding a new vendor ID, LS runs a red bar stating: "Vendor ID was not created. Vendor & Vendor ID required" When checking, the vendor ID is most certainly there and saved. This needs to be fixed.
  2. When adding items to a Purchase Order, the cost is NOT being imported from the catalog. It is also not being imported on items we regularly sell. We are experiencing this problem with most of our vendors including Tifosi, Giant, Specialized, and Quality Bicycle Products. This, too, needs to be fixed.
  3. Archived items are not searchable as "archived". When looking for an item, and the "archived" box is checked, it does not show the greyed out, archived item in the "local items found" tab. LS forces you to click on "import" from the catalog, where it only then shows the yellow "ARCHIVED" box in the upper right corner. When I am looking for a group of items that may have been archived, I can no longer find them. This really needs fixing as well as items seem to be 'auto-archiving' - meaning no one in the organization is archiving them, yet they are disappearing because they have no stock, currently. This is a problem!

Please address these broken items - they have worked for years and now they do not.
