Lightspeed Hub Does Not Open Cash Drawer

Running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 w/ Lightspeed Retail

Printer is a STAR TSP100, futurePRNT

Having an issue with Lightspeed Hub where it does not open the cash drawer upon printing the receipt.

If I print using the drivers (without Hub) the cash drawer will open and the receipt will print normally

Only with Lightspeed Hub the drawer does not open.

Have gone through troubleshooting steps with two separate support agents (uninstalling/reinstalling hub, resetting hub settings, checking the print settings on retail

    What are your settings in Settings/General Options/Printing?
