Second receipt

Hi, Is it possible that a second receipt is printed automatically every time after a sale. If so how can it be done

    Great comment...This is a feature that our old system did as well...would love to see this feature added!!

    Currently when sale is completed...the system pulls up the print option...it would be nice to have a toggle switch to print automatically. It is already a little bit of a lag and this causes the customer to have to wait even a little longer...any seconds cut out of this step is really impactful!!

    There is a way to make this happen by changing some of the internal workings of the browser if you're using Firefox.


    Of course, if something goes wrong, this option will need to be disabled temporarily so support can troubleshoot, if necessary.

    If we use chrome there is no way of doing it?

    There is a way with chrome, yes. Here is how to do this with Windows & Chrome but the same rules apply to getting support. This option needs to be disabled so we can troubleshoot.
