Receive online orders on iPads / Printing of orders

I am reaching out to you as we have an issue which we can not get resolved and I was hoping you could point us in the good direction.

We have customer for which we send online orders through the API.

We can see all orders PROCESSED. Orders for which we define no payments are printed but not seen on the iPads. We do see the orders in the restaurant manager.

Paid orders are not printed and not shown on the iPads.

Is this a setting, or problem with correct user rights maybe?
