Webhook Not Firing

I tried placing an order using https://api-trial.ikentoo.com/o/wh/1/webhook. The request replied 200 but I didn't receive any webhook to confirm that the order is confirmed on my side. I think it's because online ordering is not activated yet. Do I have to put in a request or is there a document I can use to configure this?

Here (https://k-series-support.lightspeedhq.com/hc/en-us) it says that the app should have online ordering activation in Status Preview for version (4.1) but In the app I downloaded, it wasn't there.
