Hey LSR Team -

I know this has been mentioned by several others in the forum, but thought I'd put it out there again.


This was such a useful feature in OnSite! After migrating to LSR, we've essentially had to sideline an employee and dedicate them to special orders, which is a burden/cost that is not calculated or considered in what we pay for the software. A thriving retail business should be able to have individual employees track their own special orders, layaways, repairs, etc. Surely you understand that in a retail environment, particularly now, products are not always in stock and need to be ordered in, and we need a way to effectively track these orders.

Where are you on this feature? PLEASE tell us this is in the works!!
