SmartEtailing connection - sale window
I’m a customer of both SmartEtailing and Lightspeed. Expressing my dissatisfaction with the current method of moving an ecommerce sale from SE to LS. The current process exports the item to a LS sale window. This prevents us from a) adding a serial number and b) keeping the item on a layaway or special order status until the item physically leaves our shop. I’ve been advised by your chat team that to accomplish adding a SN, we will need to go through an exchange process. That leaves room for potential errors, confusion and creates extra work on our end. Not ideal given current technological capabilities.
