Does anyone know if the 24/7 help desk is real? I've been on hold for over 2 hours. Tried to chat on line but it keeps kicking me out when my number gets close then i have to start again. I've lost costomers over this.
Retail support is available 24/7. Chats is closed around 7pm, but phone support in english is available all the time!
