We were connected with Pointy for the last 2-3 years, and now in Pointy it says:
Your Lightspeed account is disconnected from Pointy. This can happen if the Pointy app is uninstalled from Lightspeed or if you haven't opened the Pointy app in Lightspeed for a long time.
You can resolve this by logging in to your Lightspeed account, ensuring that the Pointy app is installed, and then launching it.
Lightspeed Support says they couldn't help and to post something here. How do I resolve this?
