I dont understand how we are supposed to track a lay away if we only have a client information for the person. I would like to be able to have a # attached to it for better organizing and finding
Agree, nonsensical the way the relationships between layaways and special orders work. For ones I want to keep an eye on I add a note to the product's note field.
I agree. We have an internal tracking system for our production and tried to use layaways to drive this but there is no number for tracking or exporting. Same for Special Orders
