Discount on order for specific shipping method

Is it possible to give customers a discount when they select a specific shipping method?


For example:

shipping method pickup order at local warehouse => 5% discount on order

    Hi @PatrickMan ,

    This isn't possible.

    You could create a 5% off discount code and advertise it as "only valid for pickups at the local warehouse". However, there will be nothing preventing a regular order from being placed using the discount code unless you specify the products or minimum order value.

    Do you think it is valuable for LS customers to have such an option on a shipping method to offer a customer discount on order based on shipping method?


    Is there a possibility that I can put this on the roadmap of LS?

    Frankly, it is the first time I hear of such a feature therefore I cannot guarantee there will be enough traction for it.
