We do not have the button to import new items. How can I get that?
This could be because you already have an item import "awaiting validation" (or waiting for a correction due to an error having been reported in the existing file).
Since you can only have 1 import file happening at one time, you'll need to either go locate the existing Import and cancel it so you can create a new one, or import your new spreadsheet to existing "awaiting validation" import.
