Lightspeed Hub Bug: Prints old data from workorder
We ran into what we think is a bug in Lightspeed Hub, or even just in the printing system today, regarding printing workorder tags. We created a workorder, then clicked Print Tag. Lightspeed Hub did it's thing and it printed on the receipt printer. The customer name was wrong, so we edited the customer name, got back to the workorder, and hit Print Tag again. Even though the customer name was now correct on the screen, the old information printed on the receipt! Reloading the page in Firefox got everything in sync and we were able to print the correct tag then.
