Refunds Using Receipts from Old POS

Hi, we migrated old POS to LS and scanning the receipt from old POS for a refund is not working in Refunds menu. LS support agent suggested a workaround by going to Reports > Totals using the Reference # to locate the sales transaction.

The workaround suggested is definitely working but it's very inconvenient to process it. Our staff has to go to Reports/Totals and set the date for the purchase and scan the receipt barcode in Reference# field instead of scanning the receipt bacode onetime in Refund menu directly.

Another issue is any staff can see the cost of items and all other reports if we give them a permission to access Reports menu. We are not planning to give this permission to associate position.

Please implement this feature on next updates.
