Inventory API issue

I was trying to retrieve a product via this API endpoint Item.json?customSku= . However, it does not return that particular item even though it exists in Lightspeed. I tried to call that API again with the same SKU and it working after a few hours. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

    Hi Edward,

    Perhaps our servers were temporarily down at the time that you made the API call the first time and were back up the second time you called it. This is rare but it does happen sometimes.
