The right side margin of printed receipt is cut off.
In an earlier discussion it was mentioned to go to settings>print template
I am unable to find it.
what settings, where?
This has to do with the module not having been added to your account. If you do not see Print Templates, you'd normally need to contact our Support Team so we can add the module to your account to enable the Chrome and Firefox Right Margin Fix.
I've added the template module to your account and you can now log out and back in to see the option on the bottom-right of the Settings section. You'll need to add the customized print template (accessible in the Customizing Print Templates article)
