Api token refresh stopped working.

Our call to refresh the api access token has stopped working.
This appears to be affecting all our Lightspeed clients.
Here's what the api access look like from within our test store ( account id 241526 )
Is this a global issue or just our app?
if its just our app, can you tell what's wrong?

Are you still experiencing issues with this?
I'm having an issue with refreshing the tokens, maybe it's not exactly the same.
The request made to the refresh endpoint is hanging and unresponsive for a very long time and never timed out, even though we set a time out value of 30 seconds.
