Feature Request: Sale Price field, Sale Start Date field, and Sale End Date field for sale pricing.

There are 3 price field on an item and none are a sale price.

I have thousands of items to import and put on sale, but instead of importing sale price, sale start date, and sale end date, I have to:

1. Create the discounts
2. Create the price rules
3. Export items 10,000 at a time, (I have over 60,000 sku's)
4. Tag the exported products with those price rules 10,000 items at a time
5. Import those items 10,000 at a time
6. Go to the price rule, search for the items with the tag and apply.

If I have 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%, and 80% off and I have $10, $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $60, $70, $75, $80, $90, and $100 off that is a real waste of time.
