Events and Ticket Management?
Has anyone used the eCommerce platform as an event management tool? We've been selling tickets to our Magic the Gathering tournaments through eCom and sales are pretty solid. We've been using a matrix to select dates and times, but that's been a little bumpy for our customers.
Our team is looking at other ways to make the process a little easier. Has anyone else used the eCommerce platform in this way? How are you managing it? I would love to see how other stores are doing this, if they are at all.
