Lightspeed Loyalty needs these quality of life features!!!

I have recently using the Lightspeed Loyalty Program for about a week now and I immediately noticed three BIG issues. First off, there is no percentage discounts and that means ONLY dollar amount discounts. This is a large issue for stores and have items that are $5 or less, which brings me to #2. There is no spending requirement available. No ability to make rewards that consist of "Get $5 off if you spend $20 or more". Thirdly, I would like to have a method to view what employee has signed up a customer, possibly a page similar to the points usage layout. That's all for now.😌
