Feature request: custom work order statuses

We'd like to create a new status for our work orders to flag high priority ones.

We're offering an "expedite service" fee for our customers which allows them to get their bike back within 1 biz day but we need a way to flag these so we don't forget about them.  The current statuses available to us are quite limited.

Also wondering if there might be a way to flag a work order by highlighting the status in a unique color maybe? Currently the "Waiting for Parts" status is highlighted in blue, but otherwise there are no other colors to the other statuses.
