Hide item price in cart

We are trying to find a way around the fact that Lightspeed don't have a "package builder".

Example:

We want to sell a package containing 3 products online so we make a fourth product that costs the same as the 3 products combined, we then give it the discount we want. Then we make a bundle that we attatch to the product (so everything gets pulled from our inventory) and give the bundle a 100% discount.

The challenge we have is that the item price suddenly show double the price.. We dont have to show the item price AND subtotal per item and want to hide item price in the checkout cart, is there a way to do this?😵

cheers

The price of individual products can be hidden thru javascript. If you want, I can do it for you :)

Are you using ecom along with Retail? If so, I think building a product as an assembly MAY do what you want to, albeit it has the drawback that you have to "build"/assemble the product to have the inventory (it's not dynamically assembled).

If you don't sell it as the bundle, you then have to disassemble the product to return the inventory back to the individual components.

However, assembly does allow you to create an "assembled" price separate and distinct from each component.
