Shipstation app being unselected in lightspeed

We have experienced the 5th time the shipstaion app has been unselected as active in 4 month's resulting in lost sales due to no shipping methods for our customers....

Lightspeed support states to ask for new key's.....

Shipstation states it is an internal issue with lightspeed

Anyone else seeing this? we cannot continue to look at the app every 5 minuites to see if it has happened again...
