Api ecom with omnichannel

Hi,

I have a issue

I want to change my product filters true the api in the ecom.

But i get a error 'not allowed" in the ecom is the setting product-> write disabled because its a omnichannel.

Is the a way to enable this ? we lose to much time to change size filters everytime... i need only to add filter value or delete filter value thats all.
