Where can I find an updated changlog after an update has ben pushed out?

The 2018.12 update notification mentioned that it affected the retail API but I can't find any info on what changed. 


Or can the change log here be assumed to be up to date?

The changelog should be kept up to date with any API changes included in each release. There was one change in 2018.12 that impacted the API but was not originally included in the changelog. The changelog has now been updated to include this change.
