Failed Subscriptions Payment Email Notification

I see a notification on the subscriptions page "One subscription is past due. Try processing failed payments again." It would be nice to get an email when there is a failed subscription charge as we do not check in the subscriptions page every day and if this notification is the only way we get notified it could cause an issue.
