"Where is the in-store pickup option at checkout? I only see shipping" - Customers
Maybe 80% of our sales are in-store pickup, mostly for events or pre-orders.
The most frequent question we get are customers not seeing a store pickup option. With the new eCom Checkout I tried yesterday (oct 21, 2021), I notice it has a similar assumption: you are asked to enter shipping information first, then the shipping option for in-store pickup would appear.
How easy would it be to add a line that mentions when in-store pickup appears? or make it a little more intuitive for customers? Or change the "Shipping" tab at checkout to "Shipping or Pickup"
