XML Sitemap with hreflangs

Can anyone help to create xml sitemap with hreflangs?

Our site is in 4 languages.

The developer can't do it in the code.

The only solution is with an XML sitemap.

    There is an app that helps you create new sitemap xml and submits to Google with Hreflang. You can try that one. Unfortunately, we could not make it work for us as it was missing some pages, but perhaps it may work for you. You can find this app in the LS App Store by typing "SEOmap Hreflang tags | Multilingual stores". Let me know if that works for you.
