Problems with API. Please Advise.

Since a week I have a problem with the API to my bookkeeping programm (Acumulus).

The support of Acumulus investigated this issue. They say this is caused by a technical problem in Lightspeed or datafeed.


"Acumulus tries to reach https://api.webshopapp.com/nl/orders/200152810.json. This refers to customer 148306959. However, https://api.webshopapp.com/nl/customers/148306959.json gives an error:

No customer, but there is an order. Acumulus stops.

I have no technical skills. Please can someone advice?
