Can't post anywhere but in Announcements?

Maybe someone got the permissions backwards?  Can't post to any other discussion but going to the top level it lets me choose announcements.  Seems like maybe it should have been the other way around

I just managed to post from there (but definitely couldn't when I tried a few minutes ago).  I blame Vanilla

@markguertin ;haha glad this was resolved! May indeed have been a minor Vanilla bug
