FEATURE REQUEST: Partial Quantities Capabilities

So, we sell a variety of items in our store. We also sell items that require us to weigh the product and multiply that amount by the cost per lb. Unfortunately, LS doesn't allow you to enter less than a whole number or partial quantities and THAT IS ANNOYING!!!!
