How to rename Tax 1 and Tax 2

The shopping center where my retail store is located has merchants add a 2% entertainment fee onto sales in addition to the Sales Tax. This extra fee is calculated like a tax but needs to be identified as A&E fee.

So the customer receipt would show A&E fee as well as Sales Tax.

Support was able to help me show Tax 1 and Tax 2 on the receipt, as well as show me where to edit the code in Settings>Print Templates, but cannot show me how to change the code to make the fix.

Can anyone help or share some code?
