Open a web browser directly to a sale?

Is there a way to have a URL open a sale directly in a target window based on a ticket number? I know it may have to have the user enter their pin first.

I tried doing something like:

It works on my machine, not on the others... Must be a cookie issue.
is there a way to open a certain customer directly on the ipad? I was hoping to push a link and have it open inside the iPad POS system with customer pre-selected, so that we don't need to search by name.
