Quote/invoice printing

Create an easier way to print a customers full invoice. Instead of going to "save as a quote" to be able to print. Also be able to print from regular desktop printer without having to disable Lightspeed Hub first.

    We're currently working on this "bypass" option for receipt printing, it's going to be available from Settings / General Options / Printing in the coming days. In addition we're adding a "Print as invoice" checkbox. Here is a sneak peek.
