API key & import issues

We have created an API key for shop 59449 (green-bubble.com). This was done to connect the website with Copernica (an e-mail automation marketing tool).

Unfortunately, we can't do an import via the API. Does anyone know why this happens? Could this be due to the current import/export issues within the system?

    The API should work fine.

    I checked your API key and it's active and doing requests. Also, I did a test on the customer's endpoint which is also working well.

    Can you clarify on how you are doing the import (which endpoint and request are you making)?
